Yes sir I am planning on covering the stand with some doors, but I have not decided if I should go with Aluminum, Fiberglass or PVC doors.
Wooden doors is not on my lest.

I will start working on the doors as soon as I install the tank, the side cabinet steel frame and the canopy frame.

If I decided to go with only base rocks then I will go to Kuwait to buy them from there and if I decided to go with live rocks, I can collect them by myself from Jana Island.

Is Styrofoam under my large tank needed????
If yes than my question is, for a large tank, how do you put the tank on the Styrofoam without destroying it?
Normally with my large tanks I set the edge of the tank on the stand and slide it into position. I can't do that with the Styrofoam on the stand

You could use a rubber mat. They sell them by the foot and any thickness you want.

I would personally go with liverock and cut costs....its just you really need to cure them properly.

Hello dear,

You can find 10 mm crystal clear with Zamil Glass but 12 mm and above you will not find in our area.
I got main from Dubai and its 19mm crystal clear.

Yes, this is most important. You cannot keep tank without Styrofoam between stand and bottom glass. If it's tempered, than it will not break but 100% it will leak after making rock work. Rock work weight will make bow lower or bottom glass, which will cause leakage. In other cause, if glass is not tempered than you know what will happen...

Use masking tape to cover all edges and then move Tank over it. Tape will help to keep all Styrofoam edges safe and sound.

Actually I got 1cm thickness rubber foam. They are cutting according to tank size. see pics you will get some idea.

You can do it, if Styrofoam is wet. spray some water on it before slide the tank.

The metal frame is stainless steel 316 L and not carbon steel. Moreover, there is 5 mm glass frame all around the SS frame.
