Looking great!!! Love the light rack. That RODI is a great unit. I use the same one.
I adjusted mine so that I have a little more waste water than RODI water instead of the 1:1 ratio that you can achieve with this unit. I did this to help prolong the life of my filter membranes as I have very high TDS tap water here. Not sure how much it is helping but my cartridges seem to last a surprisingly long time.
Also, I have my RODI setup so that it runs in fairly large batches. When the RODI water tank is getting close to the float switch that turns the RODI on, I will usually transfer a bunch of water into my salt water mixing tank to top it off. Doing so allows the RODI to run longer to create more water. That helps the cartridges last longer than they would if they are only filtering water for short intervals. My filter turn on float switch in my 100 gallon RODI tank is installed at around the 65-70 gallon mark. By transferring RODI water into my 100 gallon saltwater mixing tank which is also the source for my automatic water change, it ends up being that my RODI filter will create 60 or so gallons of RODI water instead of 30-35 gallons at a time. The idea is that the filters will last longer if for example they run 50 gallons at one time instead of two 25 gallon runs.

The guy was helping me installing the RODI system got surprise with the performance and the quality of the Spectrapure ULTRA-HIGH EFFICIENCY 5 Stage 100gpd RO/DI SYSTEM after we completed the installation.
We tested the unit and the TDS before the RODI unit was 2800 and after the unite was ZERO
I am going to do water filling this coming week just after I finish the remaining piping work.

Man I was not sleeping on my project at all, but I was in need of some help so many times and you & Syed are not helping me to make this dream to come true very quick.
I am also made at brother Syed, because he did not help me on designing my tank properly like his tank. I even promise myself not to visit his thread anymore because every time I do I get jealous and then I cannot go to sleep at night easily. LOL
I made a lot of mistakes on this built but you know what?? Those mistake going to make me build a fishroom outside my house near my garage. I will start working on it right after I get the approval from the big boos
As you know, not that many reefers around me and all the people I mate here so far they are beginners. They are looking for help and cannot offer you any.
I wish we have large tank dealers here in the eastern province where you only pay them the money and they do the work for you.

You are absolutely right, I made my complete plan for my system on my head and I remember I talked to you over the phone and you gave me some valuable suggestion but I made big mistake by not following your suggestion.
