Today I took some frags from the DT and placed them in the frag tank as they were happy but not happy happy.

Sorry but that's the best I can show for color. I really need to get a serious camera.

To be honest those new additions actually are old. They were in my previous tank plus I inheritted more during the build. When the 500 was getting close to being home I started neglecting my 225 and thus cheated the corals out of their food, lighting and growth.

If you are referring to the burning smell it was the surge protector. Other than that what smell are you referring too?

Water had gotten on the protector. The CR I hooked up leaked and blew out the surge protector.

Quit copying my mishaps, remember when my return line blew off and I ran and slid into a wall? Well my surge protector fried too...lol

I am hoping. I am going to see if I hooked it up right the first time and maybe pressure cause the leak.
