600 Gallon Upgrade Build

Congrats!!

I'm excited about the upcoming baby updates!

Seriously though you have a great reef system and a nice looking wife, you are doing alright.

Thank you RJT. Only baby updates that'll be coming are coral babies.

Thanks again for the kind words.

Haven't checked your thread for a few days, congrats! You did go with reef toys on your gift registry right!
I tried but I was promised frags as a wedding gift. I just have to go and get them.
ok ok ok...enough of the wedding stuff! give us a tank update already!!!!
Well the circulating pump seized up on me only to find out the impellor was shot. So now I'm trying to find another one or a pump. The kalk so far has kept my dKh stable and I've started dosing magnesium so I can keep it around the 1350 ppm range.

I was told my refund is going to take 60-90 days so lights are still a decision in the making. I did a water change today so that's about it with my boring update.
Such a romantic! LOL

I guess we are.

600 Gallon Upgrade Build

Well a week before my wedding I did make some changes to the Reef Saavy tank. The rocks in the tank had been taken over by the vermatid snails. And when I mean take over I mean also on the trochus and margarita snails and hermit crabs shells.

So I made a small adjustment. The tank has now gone from this:

To this:

I will show you the latest update once the frag rack is built.

I like your idea for posting your tank stats as your tag line. However this field doesn't appear to accept image addresses.

The frag coliseum is now finished and is awaiting frags.
A number of things occur to me about this frag tank; things such as, "Et tu, Fraggé?" or, "I shall pray to the gods to bless your sword," or maybe even, "It is an honour to die by thine side." But my favourite would have to be the line by Capt. Oveur in the movie Airplane where he eyes the young boy visting the cockpit and asks, "Joey, do you like movies about gladiators?"

You just never know...

Dave I truly believe you are one of the coolest guys on this forum but you really have to much time on your hands. Your side comedic hobby is never ending.
