So once home I borrowed my neighbors power washer and added bleach with white vinegar to the reserve and power washed the heck out of the rocks for over two hours and rinsed them off and they are curing as we speak.


So how is that rock doing??
 
What do you have them curing in? I'm curing mine in trash cans in the dark. Well, mostly dark, a little room light is all

My rock has been curing in a pond liner for over the past year with 50% water changes and LaCl treatments. Good advantage is during the day the rock gets direct sunlight.

At this point have you seeded the rock with anything?
I've yet to d water changes on mine but its only been a few weeks

I dose the tank with microbacter7. When I get home and after all the lights come on I will do a quick video.

Do you find the microbacter7 is helpful. I was also looking at aquabella as an option

That's the only bacteria I use and very comfortable with. The only other bacteria that I might use and thinking about using when I actually set the tank up is Dr. Tim's One and Only.
