Wayne - Happy belated and I also will be praying for you and your mom. Try to listen the doctor about your legs man. I was hard headed and took almost 1 year to run again when I injured my ankle. They say I will definitely have arthritis when I am older. So now I will have it in both ankles and my knee.

Wayne....since I got you to post the bicycle picture in Henry's thread I feel like I need to repay you and since its your birthday what a better time to do so. I was trying to teach my son how to ride his bike over the weekend. I was attempting to show him how easy it was so enjoy and happy birthday again......

I have listened. Well sorta. But my sports career(what little sports career I did have) has been put to a close. Docs said I won't be able to ever run or play basketball again and if I should choose to my knees won't last ten years. Bad part is the arthritis has already kicked in on my knees and will need to be cleaned out periodically.
