Reefing is my middle name
I like to throw away the first test water...hopefully, it has 'washed' out the tanks and pipes and you're getting rid of any residue, etc...then fill it with RO/DI
penductors are smaller eductors
Point made.

I also made this rolling cart so if or when I have to service the sump I can roll it out.

I'm pretty sure, those dollies are from Budget Truck Rentals!!!!![]()
good idea with the dollies
build a fish room just add it to the budget lol
wow i wish i can make stuff like you guys! Tagging along to see how this turns out.
Funny thing is...2 months ago, I also bought 4 of them, for my 8' 200g sump, although, I thought that they hold even more than 600lbs each!Believe it or not I got them from HD for $19.95. Each cart can support 600 lbs.
Your tank size is a dream.
I admire you working with acrylic, no room for error, can be costly.
Definitely subscribed, and good luck with your build...

I'm currently redoing my fishroom so that I can have access to the back of the DT (it's not easy to reach over a DT that is 40" front to back)...figured that it might be a good idea to put sump on wheels, just in case!
