6020 nanostream impeller

Bought 2 6020's new, first one in water was quiet and worked, next one was rattling like crazy. took apart , reassembled, same thing. It will work it I hold it half way out the the water, but once submerged its back at it. So I switched the impellers around and now its the other one doing the same thing. Bad impeller you think?

Yes, I have seen a few of these, the propeller is slightly too large and cannot start due to the resistance, I assume some pumps accidentally got the 50Hz propeller for Europe. PM me your address and I will send one. The difference is literally a mm in width so it is nearly invisible and this is hand labor, the 6025 prop is trimmed in a milling machine so it is also possible it was trimmed wrong.
