6025 backorders

Hi Roger!

Is there any way to get a SOLID shipment date to distributors for the 6025?

I have waited, and will continue to wait, but I need to get idea of how much longer Tunze plans to delay their shipment. I need supplemental flow and I may have to buy some MJ's to get me by.

This is killing me, and I wonder how many people are buying competitors products that have no supply issues.

We got some in this week and have been shipping them out and in about two weeks we should be caught up with backorders.

I was told that the shipment was pushed back until June 15th. Before that I was told May 31st(today).

So, did you personally get your own shipment? Or did the shipment go to some distributors? If so which ones?

Every pump that comes into the USA comes through me and is sent on to dealers from here, we are the importer/distributor. We are spliiting up what we got to just about every dealer. If you don't get one from this shipment you will get one very soon.

Thank you Roger. My issue is not with you. My issue is with the vendor who told me I'd get my pumps when they get their May 31st order.

Well, in a way the issue is with me. The dealers call me all the time asking for delivery dates, I work off what I am told by the factory and the information has not been so good lately. There is a lot of confusion as a lot is changing to try to get production up to meet the demand. The factory is being added on to and many products are changing. The blame is every bit as much with me as the vendor. Mr. Tunze is here visiting now and I have been able to get better info this way that in the normal daily chaos.

EARLY 6025'S

Hi roger i have had a problem with 2 of my 6025's. 1 the impeller quit spinning, i got it started but it's output is greatly reduced. the second snapped off the magnetic base while i was moving it. do you know when the supply will be great enough to return them and get replacements?

We have all the parts to do replacements in stock, I just don't have finished, packaged units. I have motors, covers, holders, prop assemblies, all on hand.
