6025 broken

After sitting at my desk, A loud rattling sound started coming from my tank, and I noticed it was my tunze 6025 powerhead. I unplugged and took the front piece off and took off the propeller like I do when I clean them and I noticed that the metal shaft was broken.

I have only had them for 6 months or so and was wondering if it is covered by a warranty? This is my main powerhead for all my SPS in my nano so any help on getting them repaired would be greatly appreciated.

I have tried looking for the reciept but may have lost it during the move.

Hi Dennis,

Sounds like you have one of the faulty shafts from the early batch of 6025, please PM Roger "Rvitko" with your details and receipt if available, for a repair you may need to return the complete pump to check the motor block is not damaged.
