6025 c clamp

Roger, I posted here and sent you a pm with my address around 6 weeks ago asking for a replacement for my 6025 c clamp in which one of the side clamps broke. I never received it.

Hi Roger,

I just broke one too on my brand new 6055 and the damn pump hasn't even been in the water yet ;o(

Do you know what Tunze policy here in Europe is? Will it be possible for me to get a replacement from Germany? I don't think there's a representative here in Denmark.

Yes, email the factory off of the tunze.com website, they will send one.
