6025 magnet clips broke off

Hi, I'm new to the forum and also have a 6025 Bracket Clips issue. They broke off during the first cleaning. I was wondering how I could get them replaced? I see Tunze USA "rvitko" is the person to talk to right?

I have a 46gal. bow running for about 8 yrs. Just installed a Tunze 9010 with a new mega-flow sump running Mag 7. Running a 250w metal halide with 2 80w actinic PC's.

I have a 7yr old yellow-belly hippo, 6yr old harlequin tusk, 5yr old black unicorn tang, and a 2yr. old Chevron Tang. An elegance coral that's about 6mo old, blastimossa that's about the age of the tank, a 7yr old pavona, lastly some out of control cinnamon polyps.

I hope my newly setup sump and Tunze 9010 skimmer can get me going with some Acro's which I've been trying to keep for ever but everytime I buy a beautiful colony it only lasts about a month and bleaches to it's death.

I'm very happy to find a forum like this and will try to contribute as best I can.

I can help with the clip- PM me your address.

Regarding the acros, that is a lot of light for a new acro colony, keep in mind these things are stressed, been in bags, boxes, dimly lit holding tanks, and they need to be slowly reacclimated to proper conditions. That also sounds like a lot of fish for a 46 bowfront so nutrient levels may also be an issue. What is the tank temp?

I've been keeping it at 80F. It seems to be stable at that temp. I've been told that as long as you can keep it stable the high degrees should be fine. Is this true? I really can't expense a chiller.

The fish have been growing throughout the years and I'm hoping to upgrade the tank by next year (come on lotto)!

I usually run my tanks between 78 and 80 so I think you are OK but it might be worth while to double check with another thermometer just to be sure. If it is past 82 you can have more problems expecially with bright light, the metabolic rate of the corals is higher and this can cause them a lot of stress when they are new.

Thank you so very much. I will monitor it but I just finished replacing the thermostat about a month ago.

I've been reading the SPS forum and I have a lot of testing to do it sounds like.

With the new setup, I'm eager to try some SPS (blue preferably) but don't want to continue to killing them. I will wait till my levels are similar to the levels the forum is talking about and give another one a try.

The elegance has fluctuated in size recently and I hope it is just adapting to the new Sump/Skimmer which till recently I was running no filtration except for the live rock and sand.
