6025 Nanostream repair & disappointment

Well its only been about 2-1/2 months since I bought two tunze 6025 nano streams and now both clips have broke.

Needless to say my first experience with tunze has not been a good one at all. I have heard a lot of good things about your products and so I stepped up and bought two 6025's and was really happy with them at first but now that the clips on both my powerheads have broken I am just speechless.

The first break was on the points that attach the magnet to the clip. I resolved this by applying some super glue gel to the clip and then reattached it to the magnet. Now however one side of each clip has cracked and I can no longer use either pump.

What do I need to do to get two new clips plus two magnets? Also I truly hope that you have better clips than the ones that came with the pumps otherwise I am certain that this will happen again.

Right now I just have the same clips but I suspect you got a bad lot that was brittle due to being overheated. In a few weeks I will have a new clip, thicker tabs and made of a more flexible plastic. You should be able to break the clip off of the magnet with pliers, if not I will send two half magnets but please try, I have to do this fairly often on returns and if you grab them with pliers they usually snap off the magnet pretty easily. PM me an address and I will send what you need.

By the way I tried getting those clips off the magnets and they are on there for dear life. I may have went a little nuts with the super glue gel.
