6040 deflector issue

Hello Roger, my flow deflector on my 6040 snapped at the thin point opposite the deflector scoop, when I tried to turn it. I bought the pump about 3 months ago.

Would this part be warranteed? I tried to order one via Tunze's website but my fraud protection on my debit wouldn't allow me to complete the transaction. The pump has been great otherwise!

It wouldn't generally be a warranty issue unless it arrived broken in this case. My experience is it doesn't turn easy and is best to remove and reposition. I am happy to send one though, just PM me your address.
