6045 Nano stream acting up

Guessing it's a spacer problem but it's running in reverse sucking in water out of the front and blowing it out the sides. also making loud knocking noise sounds out of balance gave it a water and vinegar bath no help Ideas and thoughts welcome.

Is the shaft broken? The stainless steel shaft should be permanently part of the motor and not removable.

I haven't tried to much with it just that it sounds horrid and obvously running in reverse.

Open it up and check it out, if you prefer you can send it in for repair but it is usually faster if you can diagnose it and I will just send the parts needed.

the shaft still attached wobbles allot if I put pressure on it of course it gets better. but it only wants to run in reverse does this give you any info that will help.
