The pump was turned off last night and simply would not turn back on. I have had the pump cover replaced when I first got it as a x mas present. Then the magnets, now it wont start.
Any ideas??

I found out that if I shake the pump hard under water the pump starts, but only then. It will not restart if I turn it off.
I am going to try and send it in this week. It has been crazy the last couple of weeks.
