6045 - Roger- Vibration Issues

I've had 2 for about 5 months now and about two weeks ago 1 started to really vibrate. It did this briefly in the beginning but settled down but now it just vibrates.constantly I cleaned it thoroughly and I believe there's too much play/movement between the propeller and the housing. The propeller is hitting the sides. How can this be corrected?

Is the shaft broken or loose, the shaft should be permanently fixed to the motor, the usual cause of this would be a broken shaft.

Shaft is loose. I guess it's broken. Now what??????

Roger,
I started this thread a month ago but for personal reasons I have been unable to send you the 6025 for repairs. In the interim my other 6025 is now also rattling. I had such high hopes for these pumps but I wonder if this is the result of a design issue. Regardless I'm sending them both out to you today. I hope you can return them to me before you leave for vacation.
