about 3 months after i installed a nanostream 6045 pump it began stalling. after 6 months it stopped altogether. when i took it apart to clean it the shaft came out along with the impeller. is it possible to replace the shaft? if so where can i order one?

I am also in need of the controller unit for a 6055. i set one up for a friend of mine and apparently he got it wet!! the power cord and socket are totally fried! Bummer! how much does this part run? can i order one along with the shaft?

thanks in advance

The shaft is part of the motor and must be replaced as an entire unit. If you send it in, I will get this replaced under warranty. Unless the drive unit seized to the shaft by calcium and it was forcibly pulled out, the likely cause would be a defect.

Regarding the 6055, I believe you are referring to the 6055.240 power supply. This is not repairable, a replacement would run $41.85.

thanks a lot Roger. ill send it out ASAP.

as for the 6055 i am referring to the box with the voltage selector and power cord input. it didnt look quite the same in the picture on your website but im guessing that it is the 6055.240.

Outstanding products and amazing customer service!!!!

Yes, it must be the 6055.24, that is the only one we have ever offered, they might have a photo of an early prototype, sometimes they are slow to change photos and most photos are taken early in the prototype phase in order to get the manuals and parts illustrations done on time.
