6055 DOA, maybe I'm missing something?

Hey Roger, just got my new 6055 in for the nano - however it not working at all. I have 6101's and 6201's so I'm familiar with the new box - I plugged it altogether just like the instructions said - but nothing. I don't even get the LED light to come on. I tried different voltages, I unplugged it each time before checking.

I know its not the socket - it works. There's no "on" switch that I'm missing is there? Since I'm not even getting the LED light on the black box to come on - is it likely the little black box?

Please help, I was really hoping to get this nano running this weekend.

Thanks,

David

Tried it a few more times, still nothing. I read thru the manual - I think its just dead. Can I just send it back to you? I still have a 6045 & 6025 for now.

Thanks,

David

I think it is just the power supply, I will send you one today, please PM me if you moved recently but I think we have your address info on file.

Got it Roger, that was it. WOW, thats a lot of flow. Couple quick questions -

Can I use a splitter and run two of these on a 7091?

The higher the voltage - the more the power? When I put it on the controller, just keep it at 24, right?

Last, do you want the old one back?

Yes, you can use the branch adapter, you can set any voltage you like and still use the controller. I don't need the old one back.
