I UPS expressed my 6060 to you for replacement last week. Were you able to send out the replacement yet?

We did receive it, my records show that the only issue with it was noise which was solved by changing the drive unit. Was there some other reason it was returned? It ran normally and drew the rated wattage, no other defects were apparent.

The only problem was the noise. I was told I was going to get a brand new unit in exchnage not a repair to my defective one. If I was told it was going to be repaired and not replaced I would have returned to the company I purchased it from.

Please advise,

Thank you!

I don't know who advised you of that, the manual lays out the procedure, we do not authorize our dealers to take returns and for a simple noise issue we would only replace the part causing the noise- i.e. all moving parts. It makes no sense to send a whole new pump when the only problem was a $4 bearing that was rough, a new pump could have the exact same problem. We changed an entire $36 drive unit though to be sure it was correct.

Woah Woah Woah Dude!!! Slow down the attitude. Rodney told me this over the telephone. I hope I am misinterpeting your tone. Maybe you should advise Rodney not to misinform customers. He clearly stated to me that I was going to get a brand new unit. That is why I was caught off gaurd by your response.

My post was only about if you sent it back yet? Thats all I was asking in the post. A simple its on its way would have been great! I still don't have an answer to my question.... I only have more questions.

I will ask again... When will I be getting the stream back. Rodney told me that the turn around time should be 1 day. Is it on its way back? Can you please email me tracking numbers?

Please advise

I am sorry, I was just explaining the situation, no attitude was intended. It was shipped back Monday by UPS ground- tracking 1ZY34Y370353183884. Rodney is out today as his vehicle died, and he has a bit of a commute. He asked that you call him tomorrow if necessary. I think there was a misunderstanding, we would only replace a pump if the motor was defective. I worked with him on this repair and I know we resolved the noise issue with the new drive unit.
