6100.10 magnets stuck need help

Just wanted to know if you guys can help me out. I have not clean these out for a LONG time and know that it is my fault for letting them go like this. The magnets are stuck, burnt, frozen in the chamber of the tunze housing. I have already broke one trying to pull the propeller out and do not want to break another. I just wanted to know am I stuck buying new streams or can these be replaced. Oh yeah and yes I have soaked these in vinger for about a month. TIA

Same thing happened to me before. Pretty much the propeller melted inside the motor. What you need to do is try to get the propeller out with a plier. It will be a bit HARD cause the propeller melted and stuck inside but it can be done . Once you get the propeller out, check for odd shape or deform inside the motor block. If everything still look good, buy yourself another propeller for $43 and it will take care of the issue. If you don't feel safe to do it yourself, send your pump in to Tunze USA and they will take care of it and replace the part for ya.... The good thing is, they only charge for the part that being replace and shipping the pump back...

Typically in a worst case scenario you need just a motor block and a drive unit. This would cost about $110. You are welcome to send them in. We actually charge $25 flat fee now for shipping, drive unit removal and cleaning, any parts required would be extra.

What do you mean by post order? You can include a note with the list of parts you need and we can call to get the cc info and add them to the repairs.
