6100.10 not running and driver is emitting continuous tone.

Hi,
I have a Tunze 6100.10 and 3 days ago the driver started to emit a continuous tone. I took the 6100.10 out disassembled and cleaned it. Reassembled it and the driver still emits the continuous sound and the blade does not turn? I check the Tunze and there was no foreign object in the impeller well. Please advise what to do to fix this issue? The Tunze is about 12 - 18 months old.

Double check that the upper bearing- part 3000.61 is not stuck to the magnetic rotor. If that is not it then you likely have an electrical problem and the pump will need to be sent in for service.

Sorry would you have instructions on how to check the bearing? And do I need RMA number to send the pump into Tunze? WHat address?

No RMA, just be sure a phone number and address is included on a note in the box.
