6100 - no power

Decided to move things around and when I plugged things back in, the 6000 had no power to it whatsoever. Of course, I tried another outlet, nada. help

Have you tried dissassembling it to clean it? It could be that in the time it was off calcium locked it up the rest of the way if it hadn't been cleaned in a few months or more. Does the controller light up?

Disassembled it and soaked it in vinegar for a bit. Nothing. No power to the controller either.

Send me the pump and we will get it repaired. As long as it is less than 2 years old and the driver didn't get wet it should be a warranty issue.

Put it in the tank after purchasing it just about a year ago. Do I need to find the receipt or just send it to your attention at the address listed?

It has a two year warranty and the product has a manufacturing date, a receipt helps with my paper work but isn't critical.
