6100 placement in 75 gal

I have a 75 mixed reef. I just purchased a 6100 and single controller. will the 6100 give me sufficient flow? If so, How should I place it? Any feedback would be helpful.

Wow a 6100 seems kind of strong for a 75 especially if you have a DSB but Roger would know for sure.

I agree, if it was bare bottom SPS it would be OK, but I would suggest a 6000 otherwise. A 6100 is likely too much.

I will be upgrading tank to 125 within the next 3 months. Right now I have the controller set all the way down on the 1st setting and slightly higher on the second setting. I have the pulse set about a 1/4 of the way up.
