6101 heads died

So it's been a couple of years and it looks like both of my 6101 heads are finally dead. Power supplies died some time ago and have been replaced. I don't think either of the heads are still under the warranty. I do have a perfectly functional 7095 controller, power supplies(6105.240) and magnet holders (6080.50). Looking to replace 6101's with 6105's. What is my best/cheapest option?

Alternatively, I am now thinking of going with a pair of new 6095's for my tank since 6101's were way underutilized.

The set above is a 6105 pump only with a clamp that will adapt it to the 6080.500. We don't have such a kit for the 6095.
