I bought the brand new 6105 and hooked it the slave port on the 6091controller. The wave box is silent and it does not give out any sound at all. On the other hand, the 6105 produces the loud clicking sound evertime when it starts or go to other direction. Is it normal for the 6105 ?What should I do ? Please help.

Thank you.

did you put the rubber sticker on the magnet?

Yes,
I have put the rubber feet on magnets. I watched the 6105 in action and observered that whenever the propeller started to spin, it got pulled backward and hit the case. That create the loud clicking sound. I also have the wavebox and it does not make any sound at all.

Thank you,
Siggie

Yes, it is normal, it is not designed for this rapid on and off purpose. You can however slide the disk up higher and this will stop the noise. You can also add additional disks with the same result, sliding the disk up will require periodic readjustment as it will slip back down a 2nd or 3rd disk will forever solve the problem.
