6105 impeller clicking/stopping

Hello Roger,
I have two 6105 purchased in March of last year but put into service 2 weeks ago. They both were functioning perfectly. However, today one of the pumps would make a clicking noise then the impeller would stop. Eventually the impeller would spin back up, until the same click and stop a few minutes later. I have switched the driver units between the two pumps and it did not follow the driver. I also switched power supplies and the same pump is still acting up. The only thing that I can conclude is something is wrong with the pump/motor?

It may also be related to a controller cable or controller programming, does it do this even when no controller is used?

Yes, I unplug it from my APEX and it still does it.

OK, something is wrong with the motor, send it in and we will get it replaced if it cannot be repaired-

What all do I need to ship back? Just the powerhead or should I ship everything back JIC?

It sounds like you ruled out the power supply so I should just need the pump.

I have 4 pumps with the clicking sound.. its not for be happy if you buy one of the more expensive pumps and it have this problem.. :-(
