6105 issues

One of my 6105's stopped working today. I have found that everything in front of the cord that goes to the motor block works fine. (tested from my other 6105) What happens is that when the motor block is plugged in it pulses and then does nothing. Any suggestions?

This can be a dying motor but it can also be caused by a seized drive unit. Double check that the drive unit (prop assembly) is not stuck the metal shaft by calcium deposits and the magnet is not cracked.
