6105 not working properly

Hey Roger I bought my 6105 in 2013 and I have been noticing that when it is in wave mode via my apex it stops working as if it is stuck when it goes into stream mode it starts working when I looked closer the shift has become loose and leans to one side I've tried to set it back in place using a nut driver but when the pump starts the wave cycle the constant start and stop of the impeller loosens it up again then it stops working can you please help is it still under warranty? Thanks

The warranty is two years, loose shafts are not always covered as it depends on the cause, if the cause was neglect so calcium built up and pulled the shaft out or loosened it, this may not be covered, but if it was due to a defect, it would be covered. Often though we can reinstall the shaft if the seat is not damaged. Please send it in, however, I will be in Germany next week and it would be best to wait until I return to minimize the downtime. I will be back to work Sept 2.
