I have a 1 year old Turbelle 6105 that's vibrating the cord severely. If it touches anything - the rim, the tank top etc, it sounds like a motorcycle engine. OK not that bad, but you get the idea. I have 3 other Turbelles, 2x 6105 and a 6095 and none of them are this noisy. Performing a very unscientic test of grabbing each wire in turn, the problem unit definitely vibrates more strongly and more chunky-ly to use an engineering term.
Do you think this is a worn propeller? Or something else? I've disassembled it for cleaning several times, bathed it in vinegar etc. Driving me (and my wife) a little bonkers. heh
