hey Roger,
what is up with my 6200's? i bought two this spring and with in the last two days both have had a complete failure. the warning buzzer had a continous tone and the impellers have stopped. i tried to remove the impeller of the first one that failed but it wouldn't budge. i soaked it for 2 days in diluted vinegar and all the corraline came off but the impeller still wouldn't turn, and i can't get it out. i'm at a loss. since i got what you recommended, i only have the two pumps and since both have failed i have no flow! this sucks!!

do you have any suggestions????

They locked up, they need to be cleaned every 3-6 months. Calcium has built up to cement the drive units in to the pumps. It is just a lack of maintenance, at this point they will need to be sent in to have the drive units removed.
