6g Lighting Question

I have a 6g JBJ nano that's completely stock and am planning on keeping softies and LPS. I have looked at the JBJ 70wMH and PC upgrades at nanocustoms.com, but they seem pricey for what I need. What else would work, as far as lighting goes? Are the 70wMH or PC upgrades even worth it, and would they work?

For the 6gal JBJ, I would at least get the PC upgrade if you plan on keeping any light craving corals like Frogspawns or LPS. If you keep it stock, I think only softies like mushrooms or zoos might grow in that kind of low light environment.

Would I be able to keep LPS and softies in a 10g with 40Flourescent lighting (50/50, 03)? or woould it be better to get PC's?

if you can fit them, I would recommend t5's over pc
