Im almost there guys. Six Thousand Posts. its been a long ride. I began reefing long ago 8-9 years ago. I learned alot from this this forum, DIY, And the chemistry forum. Almost all i can know. Im not an expert or a very well disciplined reefer. I used to do a WC 5% a week and daily test to a WC every couple months and a test bi weekly. drive out to local reefers to buy frags or visit store a bunch and now i haven't bough a frag in months!! Im burning out on this hobby. This forum isnt was it was, RC Cmas Forum was once the biggest and best forum back 4-5 years ago. now its a ghost town. I know its mostly the economy and the rules on here. but whatever. I want to thank all the veterans out there for all your help, i met the coolest people on here and gained some great friends.
Thanks

no, im in too deep. Im just bored with it. but i wont quit. Ill try to visit some stores soon to get some frags or small fish.

Hope you dont get out you always kept it real and gave great advise. Even though we never met, your threads were worth reading. This site is not like it use to be and I guess we need to find the next one to keep it interesting. Many of the pioneers dont post here anymore not sure why but it looks like a ghost town. PM me the next best site, I just hope its not the one where all the drama is at the where the click hang out.

Good Luck

Where is the beer? Thanks for all the great info you shared with me over time.. I still need to see your tank...lol!!!

I sometimes feel burned out on the hobby but for me what got me better was putting reefing in the back burner and paying attention to a new hobby for a couple months. Now im back into reefing more and more and enjoying it without burning out. Im balancing 2 hobbies and im doing better because of it.

i know you are like me and enjoy tinkering with stuff, after awhile reefing gets to you. I have a chameleon now and spend less time on the tank but somehow my reef is looking good again. I still have issues but since the tank is not the only hobby i have to worry about i dont dwell on it long enough to get burned out.

yea, i dont want to regret it. sell everything just to go out and buy it all over again when the itch starts up again.

Right there with you... always some boredom in 10+ years of a hobby... a nuisance sometimes...

just can't see myself breaking down da reef

wow this brought out Logan! nice to see you are still in.
