70 gallon tank fish

I want these fishes for my 70 gallon reeftank. Is that possible?

i'd do without the tangs, IMO.

Mandarin should be okay once the tank is firmly established and an overabundance of pods is clearly observed.

chromis? Meh. I'd avoid them. Nothing special about them, maybe replace with firefish?
 
One chromis or yellowtail or azure until you hit about 100 gallons. Damsels take about a hundred gallons to get along with neighbors. This hobby is lifelong, so you don't have to have all your favorites in one tank; for most of us, life is a succession of tanks. Get what will get along, look at the Adult Size infos (Live Aquaria will tell you), and give them the room they need. Some fish top out at 4-5". Some at 10". And if crowded in too small a space, they may start eliminating other fish to gain room they feel they need. For a 70 gallon, you can have more fish in the 4-5" category, and you might take a look at the basslets and wrasses to give you color, plus the yellow watchman, who will also help you keep your sandbed clean.
