Came home tonight and the pumps were not working and the alarm was NOT on. After playing around (unplugging and plugging) got one to come on. Figured the other was just jammed with calcium. I let it soak for several hours in water/vinegar mix. It will still not come on. When I connect this pump to the multicontroller (by itself, the one not working) no lights come on on the 7095.
I cleaned the other one also (just let is soak in vinegar/water). Now this one will not come one either. I connect it to the multicontroller and the controller acts like it is pulsing, but the pump does not move at all. The part that plugs in gets very hot, and the metal box that the pump is connected to gets too hot to touch. Eventually the 7095 just flashes the green lights at the bottom but never sounds the alarm.
This system is less than 2 months old. I am very upset it is no longer working. Could someone help me out here? I am feeling like I totally wasted $750..........:mad2: I am going away on vacation for 2 weeks soon and can't afford for this to happen when I am away......
Even when I take the 7095 out of the equation neither pump works....
Nothing has gotten wet either, everything is mounted out of the way.
