7095 Night mode

Hi Roger,
I have a 7095 and never tried the night mode till yesterday. I turned it on, but don't see the pumps throttling down. My tank area is totally dark. Is there something wrong with my controller or could it be the light sensor? The sensor's built into the moonlight right?

Thanks,
Gil

let me try since I have one

both green lights are on at the top indicating that your night mode and moonlite are active/ready for nightfall. Your moonlight is postitioned away from light (just put your hand over it to test when its otherwise bright out) and your bottom power adjust is set at what speed you want at night - all the way down being 30%. and the higher power adjustment is set at 100% - when you cover the sensor - it should be thrown into night mode, the moonlight comes on and it stays at 30%

The night mode only switches it to stop pulsing, it stays at whatever you set the bottom knob to on each channel.

So if I'm using Interval 2, should night mode throttle it down to 30% or is this only for the Pulse setting? Currently, I'm seeing no difference in Night mode on or off.

If the bottom knob on each channel is at 30% it will be 30%. The pumps pulse in every mode.

Roger, I'm still not seeing the speed throttling down. I've placed the light sensor in complete darkness. Is there something I can do to maybe reset it?
