7096 Question

Roger, I noticed in the 7096 instructions there is a segment called, "œramp" - Setting of a time-delayed start by speed delay. The increments are in tenths, what do these represent (seconds, tenth of seconds or something else)?

Also the unit won't run my 30% min flow, comes to a complete stop. If I set the min at 35% or higher the pumps stay running and switch from high to low like they should and not stop on low.

Still having issues. Pumps will not remain on during min flow setting. Their pulsing from high to off, not high to the min setting?

Are u running the 7096 through a 7090 controller. Put 7090 in ext mode pulse dial in middle then hold foodtimer keep hold of it pulse led will flash then adjust pulse power dial till ur pump stays on at 30% do for all pumps that use 7090 controller.

Seeady66 is correct, that is how you can calibrate a 7090 for the 7096/7095 so the speeds are not too low and the pump stalls.

Ramp is tenths of a second, it is a 0-X ramp up that accelerates the impeller, the purpose is to reduce noise so instead of a harsh off and on, the impeller is eased on. It really is only a noise reduction setting.

Ah Ha, will try this when I get home on Monday. I had the 7090 in external mode but didn't know about the calibration. Thanks
