Hey everyone,

Im looking at adding some colour to my 75 gallon. Info - 75 gallon mixed reef (mainly softies). Maxspect Razor 320W, RO BH1000, API XL canister filter, Sumpless, Fuge.

80lbs live rock

Current stock:
2 Picasso Clowns 2"
1 Orange Back Wrasse 3"
1 One Spot Foxface 3.5"
1 Hippo Tang 3.5"
Goldentail Moray Eel 2ft

Im looking for something colourful and stunning
Thoughts:
Midas Blenny
Royal Gramma
Flame Angel
Dottyback (reccomendations?)
These are ideas of ones that interest me.

Thoughts would be great :) thank you

LOVE the Midas Blennies, especially when they get bigger.

Going to add one soon :)

Flame and Potters are a good choice as well. Potter's are a little harder to keep though.

A hippo tang in a 75!!!!!!
What are you thinking!?

haha no he will be jumping to a 180 once hes larger 6" :) Im all about happy fish and ultimately if he gets to big then ill give him to my friends 300g for free as im more in it for the enjoyment then money :)

Had our Yellow Bellied Blue Tang in a 55 for like 3 years... he did double or triple in size a few months over going to a bigger tank haha

look at wrasses for color. there are lots of them that would work in your tank. a yellow coris wrasse or a vrolik's wrasse, either have lots of color. also look at flasher and fairy wrasses. they are all very active fish, always out and darting around.

I would not keep Hippo or 1 spot foxface in a 75. One yellow tang would be much better choice.
As to other fish. A pair of Flame angels and 3-5 Royal Gramma would be the fish to add. Both need good diet to retain their brilliant colors.
