is that a good price? my lfs has a bunch of them in right now all looked healthy from what i can tell attached to rocks or glass
The ones i seen looked around a good 2 inches diameter maybe 3 . Im not familiar enough with nems to know if they were fully expanded or notHow big the individual anemone will also tie into the price.
its from my lfs so i get to pick and walk out the door with it. long as i can pick out a healthy oneIMO, $80 for a Rainbow BTA is excessive, unless that includes shipping. Both Chicago Sunburst and Black Widow BTAs can command premium prices (well over $100), but a typical Rainbow BTA? Not so much.
Which model? It looks like they range in wattage depending on the model. Anywhere from 60 watts to 140 watts.Another question is a smatfarm g3 or g5 strong enough to allow a bta to thrive?
60watts for the g3 and 95watts on the g5 i think it wasWhich model? It looks like they range in wattage depending on the model. Anywhere from 60 watts to 140 watts.
That said, BTAs are pretty adaptable and hardy anemones.
Oh, okay. I'm not really familiar with SmatFarm. Since LEDs can be dialed up or down, I'd go with the higher wattage and you can dial it down in you need to. This gives you flexibility in the future.60watts for the g3 and 95watts on the g5 i think it was

Thank youI have a G5. It can grow BTAs no problem. I think I have it maxing out at 70% during the day on my wife’s 32 bow front.
