Banggai cardinals are not a cardinal that does well in groups, it's either a heterosexual pair or just one. Same goes for firefish in general.

I posted something about mandarins in small tanks then remembered that you were upgrading to a bigger tank. Assuming you have a refugium, it should be ok, but I would wait for at least six months your tank to mature before adding the mandy.

i have a 44"x16"x16" sump, of which 1/3 will be a fuge.
