9002 recommended flow rate

I have a 9002 skimmer in a custom 30 gallon AIO tank. The skimmer sits in an isolated chamber with its own overflow and return pump. I was wondering what the recommended flow rate through the chamber should be. I've heard people say it should be about the same as the flow rate of the skimmer pump but I'm having trouble finding that information. Right now I'm using a Maxi Jet 600 with a rated flow of 160 gph but I'm wondering if I need to change that.

That should be fine. The skimmer pump produces about 120gph of water flow and 40 gph of air flow. Anything below 360gph should be fine.
