9010 skimmer all of a sudden acting weird?

I was curious if anyone might know what is going on with my skimmer. The other day it was skimming awesome and today there is water coming out of the ozone input and its hardly making any bubbles????

I made sure the cup was seated and it is and I also ran hot water thru the air intake hose to make sure there isn't any salt build up there.

Anyone ever see this before and is there a fix? I also made sure the sump plate is seated also.

Either it is too deeply submerged or the outlet pipe is pressed in so far that the water cannot escape. The other possibility is the sponge is above the top of the outlet pipe. The sponge should be even with the top of the pipe. Basically water is not escaping from where it should so it is backing up within the skimmer.
