9010 won't start after turned off

When I turn off my 9010 I can't get it to start again. When I plug it back in I can hear the pump rattling. It rattles for about 3-5 minutes at which point it just shuts off.
Then I take the skimmer apart, pull the impellor out and pop it right back in. I don't do anything to it, I just put it back in and put the skimmer back together. Then, when I plug the skimmer back in to the electical socket it starts up fine.
I've done this close to a dozen times and the same thing happens each time. I can't turn off the skimmer and then turn it back on and have it work.
Any idea what's going on??

Same thing happened to me with my 9015. This took me a couple of months to figured it out. I fixed it by reseating the BEARING BUSH.

That does usually fix it but it may need to be replaced if it is too loose.
