I cant believe I'm just now seeing this tank!

Alot of the pictures from the first page are not showing, can you repost them? I'm especially interested in how you suspended the rockwork off the sand, if you have any showing the build up of the framework.

Beautiful tank, you should be very proud!

Pretty smart reef!!!

Well done!

How is gone between Yellow tang and regal? Have the same size of tank and a yellow.... so ^^

PS: Good job for the final, our players think they already won when they win against Germany :uhoh2:

See you in 2 years for the worldCup :)

Stef

Thank you for reposting those pictures!

The Yellow Tang appears to have some discoloration/whiteness about the body. It's obviously healthy, so I'm not implying it's sick or anything. But it appears to be abberant in its coloration. Is that due to the camera, or is/was it like that in real life?

Thank you all!!

Well, I'm updating this thread with bad news :sad1:

My house was without electricity for 2 days due to a fault by the company ... with this I lost the Regal angel that was already with me to two years and lost 3 coral 2 that are still in danger . I've been to several water changes with natural sea water to balance the system again.

The photo was taken with only Royalblue LED so the colors I really pop and the whitness you see is because of that too.

Wow sorry to hear about the power outage, hope you can save the two pieces of coral hanging on. Beautiful little reef, it's a shame you lost your regal. :(

So sorry my friend. If you need any coral frags you only have to ask Rui to take them back for you. Hope you don't lose any more.

Ouch!! Sorry to hear. But using natural seawater to help the issue is probably the absolute best possible thing you could do.
Good luck!

Bummed to hear about the power outage for such a long period João. I have a 2800W generator luckily that has gotten myself and Dom out of trouble a few times in the last 12 months.
I'm with Matt, water changes will do more good than any other corrective measure. I hope things settle down for you asap my friend

Thank you ALL my friends! Thing are better now, I did not lost more corals and fish, I made water changes 2 in 2 days with natural sea water, Yeahh I'm a lucky guy who live near the beach!! Corals love atlantic's water :bounce2:

Corals started to improve in color but still not have any Kh consume...I am been checking it daily...

In some corals I didn't noticed any changes...
