9410 very noise...

I have just buy a new tunze 9410 and put in my sump..... and it is super noisey...... any soluation?

It shouldn't be noisy, I would open the pump and double check that the bearings are in properly and no packing material is in the pump. What country are you in?

I have just re-assembly the pump. when only run the pump it is very quite. But when connect it to the skimmer body the noice come out........

The skimmer body touching the side of the tank maybe? It could be it is just transmitting the vibration to the glass.

i guess it is the transmitting vibration to the glass make these noise.....how can make it quite......

Make sure nothing except the bottom of the skimmer is touching the glass.
