Will this Hydrofoamer Silence work on a Euro Reef skimmer 8'' in diameter and is 24'' in total height? How high off the bottom of the sump does the pump have to sit? Thanks in advance PS Tunze in tow so far 9002 skimmer and 6025 nano stream.

Those measurements are pretty much identical to our 9420 so it should work, the pump screws on, it has a 3/4" FPT end. You could attach it with a hose or directly to the skimmer and you could omit the intake strainer. Screwed directly to the skimmer with the strainer installed you would need to have about 5" of space from the base to the fitting.

The water/air mixture just goes straight in.
