A Couple of Complaints

I recently recieved my order and a couple of items were out of stock. The website has shown them in stock for 4 days now. The only complaint with the order is that I ordered 25 Pacific Nerite snails. I recieved 25 Caribbean Nerite snails. The invoice even shows that I wanted Pacific. Just need to pay attention to details is all Iam asking like updating the website and shipping the correct items.
