a couple of noob questions

hey guys I have a couple of questions.I am kinda new to sps (been try ing for about 6 months now)
I was wondering how to find out what the par rating is on my lights.They are coral life 150 watt hqi.2 of them are 20 k and 1 is 10k.
What is ideal?is there a website with a guide?
I was also wondering if I have enough flow in my tank.It is a 90 gallon rr with a magdrive 9.5.It goes through a scwd and has 2 returns.In addition I have 2 maxijet 1200.Any input would be helpfull.

Your return pump is fine, although the scwd will cut down on the output a fair amount. Two 1200's probably isn't enough for sps. Look into 1-2 tunzes or else seio's or else "mod" your maxijets into "maxistreams." Look in the DIY section for the maxijet mod.

There is a site you can enter your bulbs/ballasts into and it can tell you their par, etc. I do not, unfortunately, remember the web addy. Hopefully someone will chime in.
