A fair price

Hello, I am thinking about selling this rock. It has 100 or so polyps. I got it last year, and it has been doing great. The problem is, the rock just doesn't seem to "fit" anywhere now that I have rearranged my rocks. It is a mix of green with white stripes "kinda like a cats eye" the other green polyps have purple mouths, and some with gold centers.

I know this is not a selling forum, but I figured I could find a zoa specialist here that could maybe point me in the right direction as far as price. I don't want to ask to much, then again I don't wanna not get a fair price. Here are some picks.

Oh yeah the rock is probably 4" long and 2"-3" wide.

Around $50 IMO.

I would say charge 70 dollars for the entire rock. If it doesn't sell in a day or 2 lower it to 60. At last resort, accept an offer of 50.

the $50.00 estimate is pretty good. heck you could even sell it for less and hook another reefer up (no i am not interesred.lol)

50 Sounds great to me too! I'd pay that in a heart beat if I could find some as beautiful as those locally, I love ALL 3. If you are willing to hook up a fellow reefer though, then pm me, PLEASE

I DIDN'T KNOW! I'm living overseas in Okinawa Japan and we can buy really nice zoo covered rocks for $30 or less. Here's a link to check them out:

With an exchange rate of 155 yen to the dollar, they turn out to be pretty cheap. Everything else is very expensive, so I guess it balances out.
