Its a horrible picture, they are very bold in the tank. They are florida zoos as far as i know. I got them off ebay but they did not look like that then, they were more washed out.
 
I heard on the last pic (florida zoos) that they're also called carribean blues...I have some in my tank but I have not seen anyone positively ID'ed them yet.
 
I agree Kevin, those look like alien eyes to me. And does it really matter what they are called. They are really pretty zoas and that is what we are all after.
